TEC Gateway Industry open day Friday June 20

The TEC Gateweay Industry open day held 20/6 was a great success, packed with happy visitors and just 1 seat remaining empty. The mix of fast paced and varied information, all relevant to anyone considering technology innovation was appreciated by all attendees. Thanks to Oxymem, SensiPass and Enterprise Ireland for the high quality & relevant presentations delivered on the day.

Event summary:

The TEC Gateway Open Day will describe the innovation services offered to Start-ups, SMEs and large enterprises across Ireland. It will also be possible to see some technology demonstrations in our state-of the-art laboratory and network with some of our industry clients.

This free event is open to Startups, SMEs, large multi-nationals, investors, relevant government agencies and professional service companies who want to develop new technologies, or want to see how it is done.

 

The TEC Gateway is part of the Nimbus Centre, Ireland’s only research centre dedicated to the Internet of Things – networked embedded electronics and software system solutions. Embedded electronics control your phone, car, dishwasher, etc. Our 80 research engineers specialise in developing high-tec prototypes for clients ranging from International corporations to individuals with a good idea.

The TEC Gateway is part of the Nimbus Centre, Ireland’s only research centre dedicated to networked embedded electronics and software solutions. The Centre won over €4 million in research funding in 2013. Working on 30 – 40 projects at any one time, the Centre is the “One Stop Shop” offering complete system solutions for industry.  The TEC Gateway is funded by the Enterprise Ireland Technology Gateway Programme.
